Kris has over 20 years of experience consulting with and managing clients through large-scale litigation projects and regulatory inquiries. He has consulted on some of the largest and most complex litigation matters in United States history. His expertise covers all aspects of the document discovery life cycle. He has excelled in such functional areas as business development, litigation consulting, forensic collection, processing, hosting and document-review. On every matter, working as a client consultant and team leader, he is dedicated to the company’s delivery of best practices in project management and the application of best-in-breed project management tools and processes. Kris has supported Fortune 500 corporations and AM Law 200 law firms through his ability to maintain the highest standards of service. He has over twelve years of sales, production, and general management experience, coupled with extensive knowledge of the legal industry and litigation support technology and software applications. Kris has made many presentations on the subjects of automated litigation technology and best practices in electronic discovery. Kris resides in Phoenix, AZ.

John Del Piero

As Vice President, John focuses on developing integrated partnerships with law firms and corporations to manage fast-moving, complex litigation and investigations. He manages relationships with various AmLaw 200, Global 100, and Fortune 500 clients. John has overseen some of the company’s most complex engagements including global anti-trust investigations from both US and EU institutions, FCPA investigations, and large complex class actions. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with an engineering and economics degree and is known for helping clients develop repeatable, integrated, and defensible processes.

Dean J. Lewis

Dean has more than 25 years of experience in legal services, litigation support, eDiscovery and document review services. He has extensive experience consulting and managing government and internal corporate investigations, antitrust, complex litigation and regulatory matters in the insurance, pharmaceutical, medical, telecommunication, financial services, manufacturing and defense industries. Prior to joining the company, Dean worked for just under 10 years in a senior business development role as Vice President at Epiq Systems (recently acquired by DTI); over 8 years as a senior account executive with both Williams Lea and Uniscribe; and started his career with a seven-year stint as paralegal coordinator for the law firm Berger Kahn. He holds an Associates of Science Degree in Administration of Justice from Mt. San Antonio College (MTSAC) and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of West Los Angeles. Dean resides in Chino Hills, CA with his wife, Lynn, son D.J., and daughter, Dominique.
